We invite students to join the SRES Eagles Club, which is designed to provide students with academic activities and enrichment opportunities. The Eagles Club is open to all SRES-enrolled students in grades K-6. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Enrollment is limited to adhere to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. The Eagles Club will be in-person and abide by all safety and social distancing guidelines. If the Community’s gathering guidelines change, the Eagles Club may be virtual.

Before & Afterschool Program Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | October 11–December 3
- No afterschool program will be held during Parent Teacher Conferences.
- No before or afterschool program will held during holidays or Fall Break.
Daily Before School Schedule (You must provide your own transportation.)
- 7:15 a.m. Homework/Tutoring or Academic Activities
- 7:45 a.m. Dismiss to Regular Classes
Daily Afterschool Schedule
- 2:45 p.m. Regular School Day Dismissal
- 2:45–5 p.m. Activities
- 5 p.m. Afterschool Dismissal* / Buses Depart School
*If being picked up, parents/guardians must arrive by 5:30 p.m. (30 minutes after dismissal).

Important Expectations
- Our program is grant funded; for that reason there is an attendance expectation for all participants. As with any educational program, attendance is important. Students will be dropped from the Eagles Club on the third unexcused absence to allow for others to participate.
- A safe and nurturing environment for students and staff is our priority. A student may be
dropped if a student incurs three Behavior Incident Reports.
- Students requesting transportation (bus) must have the Transportation Agreement and Transportation Form completed for the 2021-2022 school year. No transportation is provided for the Before School Eagles Club.
