Join Salt River Schools and Salt River Elementary School students for the first-ever Family Code Night Thursday, Feb. 22, from 4:30-7 p.m. at Salt River High School! 

This event is open to students from ALL Salt River Schools sites, their families and Community members. This event will showcase student projects from the Division's week-long studies of the "Hour of Code" initiative during the week of February 18. 

There will be TONS of fun and activities for students of all ages and families to participate in, as well as games and prizes. Food will be served at 4:30 p.m. in the SRHS cafeteria.

  • Early Childhood Education Center students will present "Coding with Beads" and “Ozobot” activities.
  • Salt River Elementary School students will present their "Hour of Code" projects.
  • Salt River High School students will present "Programming a Robot," "Decrypt a Secret Code" and Maker Space Lab (including 3D printing and more).
  • The Accelerated Learning Academy students will present fun coding activities and demonstrations.
